Jeanine Gagliardi

Ms. Gagliardi focuses her practice on business law and civil litigation. She helps businesses to choose and form appropriate corporate entities, protect their intellectual property, and institute and enforce effective employee policies. She also represents corporations and individuals in the litigation of civil disputes, including employment, contract, fiduciary duty, negligence, and construction claims.

Ms. Gagliardi has tried approximately 15 civil cases to verdict. Her experience also includes the resolution of many commercial and personal injury disputes through mediation.

Ms. Gagliardi was born on November 7, 1979 in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and her law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. She lives in Arlington, Virginia.
